The facility is strategically located in the A’ industrial Zone of Volos, 5km from the port and 11km from the national road connecting Athens to Thessaloniki. The facility began with 10,000 cubic meters of refrigerated and frozen storage, and after 10 years of steady growth, and additional 10,000 cubic meters were added as well as an additional 6,000 cubic meters in the early 1990’s. Continuing with its tradition of being one of the most dominant warehouses in the region, the facilities are now undergoing a major reconstruction with an investment of 2.2 million Euros. With over half of the warehouse already re-constructed, it is well on its way to HACCP and ISO certification. In addition to the reconstruction, we will also be adding an additional 6.000 m3 of frozen storage as well as a new building with a state of the art fruit sorting system and 400m2 of new offices.
