Are you an employer of technicians who work on refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump equipment? The IOR is inviting employers and manufacturers to share their views on readiness for the broad eruse of alternative refrigerants and how we can best prepare the workforce forthe challenges ahead. Looking specifically at what the training requirements are for carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrocarbon and HFO refrigerants this survey will help us to develop blended learning material (classroom based lessonplans, e-learning and a resource library) in the future.  This survey is being undertaken as part of the new REAL Alternatives Programme which is being led by a consortium of seven partners from across Europe including the IOR, based on applying the REAL Zero principles to alternative refrigerant technologies and practices.
