Thisstudy, entitled EU Climate Leader Board, looks at the position of each Europeangovernment towards the Effort Sharing Regulation. It considers five importantelements of the European Commission proposal, and awards points for eachcountry to evaluate their support to the Commission proposal in eachcategories. The following table synthesizes the elements considered to evaluatethe different countries.
