The EU Commission has published four new implementing Regulations to the F Gas Regulation 517_2014.pdf  relevant to airconditioning, refrigeration, heat pump and electrical equipment sectors.

• Labelling obligations

Implementingregulation EC 2068_2015.pdf repeals Regulation (EC) No 1494/2007.

• Harmonisation of certification across different Member States

Implementing Regulation EC 2065_2015.pdf repeals Regulation (EC) No 308/2008.   

• Minimum requirements for individual certification

Implementing Regulation EC 2067_2015.pdf  for stationary air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pump equipment, refrigerated trucks and trailers, repeals Regulation (EC) No. 303/2008.

Implementing Regulation EC 2066_2015.pdf  or the electricalequipment sector, repeals Regulation EC 305 (2008).
